"We’re the Eco Adventure Club! Everyday we go on an adventure to learn about plants and animals in the city. Today is our eleventh adventure. We’ve been to Prospect Park, the Botanical Gardens, and today we’re learning to use maps on the High Line. We’re even growing our own garden. Everybody say Raaassstttaaaffaaarriii!"

can we not reblog jokes and shit about brazil losing the world cup?

there’s a very real possibility that the brazilian government will have the team either killed or tortured for their loss. it’s a…

there we go again. pieces of trouble by minoritary groups in manifestations that started and were meant to be pacific, together by foreign people to create another vision of what’s truly happening. But that attracts media, of course.

This is not some sort of war, neither dictatorship or any kind of shit. Not only am I brazilian, but also have participated from one of these manifestations. no fuckING ONE WILL AND IS GETTING KILLED OR TORTURED BY THE NATIONAL SOCCER LOSS

ABOUT THE MANIFESTATIONS

some manifestations against the World Cup were made, as the people were worried the money they pay for the government were going to pay for all of this, instead of being invested on education and such (something that does not happen anyway). most manifestations were for more investment on transport, facilities, education, public health and such. Most, if not all, were pacific, but also had a few people either taking advantage of the crowd to steal banks, shops and ruin public buildings or people who got too carried away and started reacting violently against the police and so on. The police acted awfully bad as well at some points. Some important changes were made, others are in progress and most of them even won’t.

Don’t be guillable around the media and the internet. Think twice, search and talk with people who experienced the event.
